Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead Integrated Marketing Planning: Own and deliver the integrated marketing plan across Hospitals and Care services, aligning all channels to commercial and patient growth priorities
  • Translate Strategy into Delivery: Turn business and trading priorities into clear, actionable marketing plans—managing budgets, channel mix and dependencies
  • Drive Cross-Functional Execution: Lead a virtual team and agency partners to deliver joined-up campaigns and always-on activity from brief through to evaluation
  • Own Commercial Performance: Be accountable for marketing’s contribution to key metrics, including patient volumes, revenue, service utilisation and retention
  • Lead Insight & Optimisation: Own performance reporting and narrative, using data and test-and-learn approaches to continuously improve outcomes
  • Influence & Improve Ways of Working: Partner with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Clinical and Operations to align priorities and embed effective, scalable marketing processes

Requirements

  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to translate business priorities into marketing activity that drives measurable growth
  • Deep understanding of the full marketing mix, with experience delivering integrated campaigns across Paid Media, CRM, PR, Content, Digital and Creative
  • Highly data-literate, able to interrogate performance, identify key insights and draw clear, actionable conclusions
  • Confident communicator, creating clear, insight-led updates and recommendations for senior and executive audiences
  • Delivery-focused, with a disciplined approach to planning, governance and driving outcomes over activity
  • Significant senior marketing experience within a complex, performance-led environment (healthcare experience beneficial), spanning acquisition and retention
  • A senior but hands-on leader, you thrive in a small team environment—personally driving delivery as well as shaping strategy
