Responsibilities

• You are an experienced and effective team leader and manager, nurturing and developing our ambitious marketing and brand team to deliver against our organisational objectives.
• You will lead your team to deliver the marketing and brand strategy 2026-8, ensuring our work is audience and insight led.
• You will lead your team to optimise all marketing activity, integrating across teams and channels to achieve results.
• You will drive the evolution of our brand in line with the organisational strategy, bringing brand and creative excellence to all applications and a coherent and engaging brand experience to all touchpoints.
• You will lead the marketing approach for multiple audiences, as well as leading the digital marketing team to deliver outstanding communications across multiple marketing platforms and channels.
• You will work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisations, building relationships for success.
• You will be a key member of the Engagement Leadership Group and work closely with senior management across the organisation
