Job Summary

Own the full demand generation and complex B2B sales cycle for a compact agency, driving client proof, content, and partnerships to build a clear pipeline and close strategic opportunities.

  • Lead discovery, proposals, pricing and negotiations end-to-end
  • Maintain an honest forecast with next actions and dates
  • Align pricing, scope and delivery capacity with Finance and Client Fulfilment

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Pick a small number of promising customer groups and routes to reach them, chosen on evidence, not volume for its own sake.
  • Create and nurture demand personally: client proof, useful content and the website, relationships, referrals, partnerships, high-potential accounts, inbound interest, industry presence and focused outreach.
  • Qualify opportunities and lead discovery, proposals, pricing, negotiation and close.
  • Build clear proposals that connect the client's problem to work Times One Hundred can deliver.
  • Keep one honest pipeline and forecast, with a clear next buyer action and date on every live opportunity.
  • Agree price, margin, scope, timing and capacity with Finance and Client Fulfilment before you promise them to a client.
  • Turn wins, losses and buyer feedback into a commercial method that belongs to the company.
  • Recommend extra people or specialist support only when results and workload justify it, then lead the approved capacity with clear responsibilities and measures.

Requirements

  • personally owned demand generation and complex B2B sales in an agency, consultancy or comparable service business;
  • taken opportunities from first signal through discovery, proposal, negotiation and signed work;
  • created demand yourself as well as leading the sale;
  • owned a revenue, gross-profit or quota number and can explain the target, the result and your part in it;
  • run a CRM and forecast with discipline, including clear next actions and honest loss learning;
  • made sound calls on pricing, margin, scope and delivery capacity; and
  • built a useful commercial system inside a compact or founder-led company.

Preferred

  • Performance marketing, measurement or analytics-agency experience helps but is not essential. So does experience of partnerships, referral routes, account growth or high-stakes consumer campaigns with hard deadlines.

Times One Hundred

Times One Hundred is the strategic force behind brands with fans, audiences and communities. We specialise in turning launches, releases, seasons and spikes of attention into measurable demand, revenue and owned customer relationships.We work as an embedded partner, not an external vendor. That means we integrate directly into your business to deliver the technical precision, speed and reliability of an internal team, without the overhead of building one.Our clients operate where timing is everything and there's no margin for error: film and music releases, festival and event launches, product drops, seasonal campaigns and high-stakes moments that define the year. We bridge the gap between aggressive performance marketing and brand integrity, acting as audience custodians who scale revenue without compromising the cultural authenticity your fanbase was built on.Whether you're drowning in last-minute operational chaos or flying blind on attribution, we give you clarity, control and a system that performs when it matters most. Award-winning, record-breaking, and built for the brands that can't afford to get it wrong.
