Job Summary

Own and evolve the brand strategy and narrative across all touchpoints, aligning with product, commercial priorities and market dynamics.

  • Brand ownership: guard tone, visuals, and voice while driving distinctive, culturally resonant messaging.
  • Campaign leadership: design and execute large scale, full funnel programs from strategy through evaluation.
  • Measurement and governance: own brand health tracking, budget governance and learning loops to lift commercial outcomes.

Job Description

  • Own and set the overarching brand strategy, narrative and messaging framework across all touchpoints, products and channels
  • Lead strategic evolution of brand positioning and messaging, informed by customer insight, commercial priorities and market dynamics
  • Proactively evolve the brand through new creative thinking and formats, ensuring the brand remains distinctive, relevant and culturally resonant as the business grows
  • Act as the ultimate brand guardian — protecting and strengthening brand values, tone of voice and visual identity across all activity.
  • Partner with Product, Commercial and cross‑functional teams to shape and launch new customer propositions
  • Ensure all launches — internal and external — are aligned to brand strategy and deliver clear, compelling customer value
  • Lead the end‑to‑end development of large‑scale, full‑funnel marketing campaigns — from strategic planning through execution and evaluation
  • Ensure campaigns are impactful, on brand, delivered on time and to budget. Channel mix may include AV, Radio, Podcasts, OOH, Display, Paid Social, Influencers, POS, Direct Mail, CRM, Website merchandising and Partnerships
  • Write and own clear, inspiring briefs for internal teams and agency partners
  • Drive continuous improvement in creative effectiveness, using data, insight and best practice to refine messaging and execution
