Job Summary

Own the creative development and end-to-end delivery of brand partnerships that fuse culture with MO Sounds audiences, driving standout concepts, briefs, and activations while protecting margin and long term partner value.

  • Creative leadership: shape ideas across music, nightlife, fitness and events, and guide partners through ideation to strong briefs.
  • Partnership delivery: define deliverables, pricing, budgets and KPIs with agencies, ensuring timely, profitable campaigns.
  • Relationship & growth: nurture long term brand partnerships and surface new collaboration opportunities across lifestyle sectors.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Creative development of brand collaborations across Ministry of Sound, guiding partners and agencies to deliver campaigns that strengthen the brand and reach new audiences.
  • Creative Strategy & Leadership: set the creative vision for brand partnerships across music, nightlife, fitness, live events, hospitality, and lifestyle products, crafting briefs that inform internal teams and partners.
  • Commercial & Data: define deliverables and pricing with external agencies; manage the brand partnership budget end-to-end, track KPIs, and maximise profitability.
  • Account Management: oversee contract obligations and deliverables, collaborate on renewals and tenders, and grow long-term partnerships.
  • Creative Development & Ideation: respond to briefs with speed and clarity, develop pitch narratives and briefs, and lead ideation sessions and workshops.
  • Partnership Shaping & Delivery: guide partners from concept to final execution, maintain creative integrity across activations, and nurture long-term relationships.

Requirements

  • Experience developing creative brand partnerships or campaign concepts within music, entertainment, culture, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Strong ability to generate ideas quickly and articulate them through decks, briefs, and presentations.
  • Excellent storytelling, communication, and conceptual writing skills.
  • Strong understanding of youth culture, nightlife, music, fitness, and cultural trends.
  • Highly collaborative mindset with internal teams and external partners.
