Job Description

Responsibilities

  • You will support the Fractional CMO in translating the agreed marketing plan into clear day-to-day activity.
  • This will include maintaining the marketing calendar; coordinating campaigns across email, social, website, content, events, partnerships and selected paid channels; preparing briefs; gathering information and assets; tracking deadlines and approvals; and keeping colleagues and suppliers informed.
  • You will help deliver product and collection launches, seasonal activity, showroom initiatives, stockist communications, sales enablement and other agreed priorities.
  • Once the objectives, audiences, messages, budget and measures have been agreed, you will progressively take responsibility for selected smaller campaigns from set-up through delivery and initial reporting.
  • Working with the Fractional CMO and Sales team, you will help develop and deliver activity that attracts interior designers, stockists, retailers and other priority trade partners.
  • Your responsibilities will include:
  • · Supporting agreed acquisition campaigns across appropriate organic and paid channels.
  • · Helping prepare landing pages, forms, calls to action and campaign journeys using approved messages and designs.
  • · Coordinating the capture, tagging, routing and follow-up of enquiries, trade-account registrations and appointments.
  • · Building and maintaining agreed email or CRM nurture activity, with guidance on audiences, content and timing.

Requirements

  • Relevant practical experience in marketing, digital, content, communications or a related role, typically gained over one to three years.
  • Experience supporting or delivering campaigns across at least two channels, such as email, social media, website content, events or paid media.
  • Strong organisation, time management and attention to detail, with the ability to coordinate several tasks and deadlines.
  • Good writing, editing and proofreading skills, with care for visual presentation and brand consistency.
  • Familiarity with email marketing, CRM, social scheduling, website content or campaign analytics, with a willingness to deepen these skills.
  • Practical interest in generative AI and automation tools, together with a responsible approach to accuracy and quality control.
  • Confidence working with straightforward performance information and preparing clear summaries.
  • A proactive, collaborative and coachable approach, with the confidence to work with colleagues, suppliers and external partners.
  • Willingness and ability to travel on occasion in the UK and internationally, including to the USA twice per year for High Point Market.

Preferred

  • Experience in luxury, interiors, art, design, home, hospitality or another premium brand environment would be valuable, as would exposure to trade or B2B audiences and the US market.
  • Familiarity with a website CMS or e-commerce platform, paid social or search, SEO, marketing automation, dashboards, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, and event marketing would also be advantageous.
