Responsibilities

• Growth Strategy Execution
• Deliver EasyPeasy’s growth marketing strategy across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention
• Build and optimise a multi-channel, always-on growth engine across paid, organic, and partner-led channels
• Translate local authority priorities into targeted, high-performing campaigns
• Work with customer success and partner teams to support local awareness raising in council areas across the country
• Ensure alignment between central campaigns and local delivery
• Develop scalable toolkits and assets for local authorities (e.g. social content, newsletters, campaigns)
• Paid Acquisition & Optimisation
• Plan, launch and optimise paid social campaigns to drive scalable parent acquisition
• Manage audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance optimisation

Requirements

• 4+ years' experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital acquisition
• Strong hands-on experience with paid social advertising (Meta essential)
• Hands-on experience with copy, content and creative development (e.g. Canva)
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and GA4
• Experience with SEO and/or content-driven growth strategies
• Proven track record of managing campaigns with clear performance metrics (CPA, conversion, ROI)
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data to drive decisions
• Experience running A/B tests and optimisation cycles
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills

Preferred

• Experience working in a startup, scale-up, or mission-led organisation
• Experience with parenting, early years, education, or public sector audiences
• Experience working with influencers or creator-led campaigns
