  • Build and protect the employer brand across media, LinkedIn, and events

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan and run the marketing launch of our second service, working closely with the team building it
  • Optimise our content and website so Juno is a top result in search results and AI answers, and is a highly effective channel for referral partners and customers
  • Rework our website so it works hard for customers and for prospective referral partners
  • Coordinate with an agency running our paid search, attribution and conversion efforts
  • Use AI tools sensibly to automate operational tasks, conduct research and generate marketing assets
  • Prepare briefings for media outlets and agencies
  • Look after our employer brand, such as setting up assets for promotional videos, LinkedIn content and merchandise for events and milestones

Requirements

  • You’re a senior growth marketer who has grown consumer or regulated services, and you work hands-on. You’ll write the content and set up the tracking yourself.
  • You know organic growth properly: search, content, and how AI answers choose what to cite.
  • You’re a strong writer, great with sensitive subjects and at making complicated things simple, because much of this marketing reaches people at stressful moments.
  • You’re incredibly data literate and commercially minded. You think in cost per case and payback over impressions and followers.
  • You set your own plan. You’ll propose the priorities, not wait to be given them.
  • You run marketing as experiments, shutting down low performers quickly and scaling what works. You can tell a failing channel from one that’s just early.
  • You’re fluent with AI tools, with evidence of using them to increase productivity or quality.

Preferred

  • We’d particularly welcome applications from people underrepresented in tech and law.

Benefits

  • Pro rata share of 25 days paid holiday per year, plus Bank Holidays and a paid week off between Christmas and New Year
  • Generous private healthcare package provided at no cost to you
  • Full home working setup with all necessary equipment provided
  • Enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption leave
  • Free use of Spill, our mental wellbeing support partner
