Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own & Grow your Brands
  • Carry the commercial target for a small portfolio of brands — GMV, margin and growth — and own the plan to hit it.
  • Run your brands through the weekly Brand Performance sprint: read platform data, customer reviews and competitor menus, find the opportunities, and ship the changes.
  • Own the menu experience end to end: structure, item naming, descriptions, imagery briefs, pricing architecture and promotional mechanics.
  • Drive retention: map the journey from first order to habit, work out what jobs customers hire your brands to do, and ship the product and experience changes that lift reorder rates.
  • Keep a live testing backlog of hypotheses and report results every week.
  • Grow the Growth Tech Stack
  • Be a power user and product owner of the team's AI tools (Growth Assistant, Split Solve and others) — know them better than anyone, and push what they can do.
  • Spot where the tools fall short, spec the improvements, and help build them with AI-assisted development.
  • Bring new tools and workflows to the team — raise everyone's leverage, not just your own.
  • Document and onboard the rest of the team so the stack actually gets used.

Requirements

  • Education: Degree from a top-tier university.
  • 1–5 years in growth, brand, performance marketing or consumer insight — ideally in a startup, QSR, FMCG, or marketplace/platform business.
  • You've shipped things, not just strategised about them. You're comfortable owning outcomes, not just outputs.
  • Strong consumer instincts backed by data — you can tell the story of why customers behave the way they do, and back it up.
  • AI-native. You already use AI tools to do your job, and you're excited to make them better, not just use them. Bonus if you can get hands-on — prompting, configuring, or building with AI-assisted coding.
  • Analytical and numerate. You don't need to be a data scientist, but you should be comfortable in spreadsheets and dashboards, and happy owning a number and moving it.
  • Comfortable working in sprints and fast feedback loops — this isn't a quarterly-planning role.
  • Familiar with jobs-to-be-done or similar frameworks for understanding customer needs and purchase drivers.
  • Clear, concise communicator who can turn messy insight into a sharp brief or a convincing recommendation.
  • Curious about food trends and competitive dynamics. Bonus if you've worked in or around aggregator marketplaces.
  • Degree from a top-tier university.
  • Expert-level English.
  • Right to work in the UK.
