Job Summary

Own end-to-end content orchestration for a multi-channel demand engine, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn and sales enablement assets that fuel conversations across stages.

  • Content & Campaign Ownership: Plan, execute, and refine multi-channel campaigns with messaging, themes, and assets across LinkedIn, email, and landing pages.
  • Asset Production & Optimization: Build a continuous content engine with planning, creation, scheduling, and KPI-driven performance analyses to drive outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with paid media, design, product, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and timely asset delivery.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Execute organic LinkedIn marketing strategy
  • Engage in community management and client account engagement
  • Develop and maintain a continuous content production engine covering planning, creation, scheduling and performance analysis
  • Monitor and respond to weekly and monthly KPIs, making creative adjustments to optimize performance
  • Coordinate with paid ads agency to manage dozen+ ad variations monthly
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, including messaging, themes, and content across LinkedIn, email, and landing pages
  • Manage campaign content calendars and collaborate with design and paid media teams to deliver high performing assets
  • Test, optimise, and refine content using performance data, A/B testing, and KPI tracking
  • Support Demand Manager (Maria) with email copy, LinkedIn content, and landing page development
  • Develop and deliver sales enablement content, including one-pagers, case-style assets, and simple narratives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in planning and managing multi-channel content and campaign execution, with the ability to take ownership and make independent decisions that drive projects forward.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product, and external agencies, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
  • Highly organised, with strong experience managing content calendars, balancing multiple priorities, and maintaining delivery in fast-paced environments.
  • Comfortable supporting stakeholders, including the Demand Manager, with campaign and sales copy, while maintaining a proactive, adaptable approach to evolving requirements.
  • Strong performance-oriented mindset, with the ability to monitor KPIs, analyse results, and adjust tactics to improve outcomes.

  • Demonstrates strong project management expertise, with the ability to confidently plan, track, and deliver multi-phase campaigns using tools such as Monday.com or Asana.
  • Possesses a solid digital marketing foundation, with experience executing campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, email, and CMS, while maintaining performance and consistency.
  • Has strong copywriting and content editing skills, with the ability to produce clear, compelling marketing copy for ads, emails, landing pages, and social media.
  • Is experienced in creative briefing and asset oversight, including briefing designers and agencies, reviewing outputs, and ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Works effectively with stakeholders and agencies, maintaining clear communication and ensuring deliverables stay on track.
  • Demonstrates analytical thinking, with the ability to interpret campaign data and extract actionable insights using tools such as Google Analytics or LinkedIn Insights.
  • Has experience with paid social media, including understanding campaign setup, key metrics (e.g. CTR, CPC), and optimisation, particularly on LinkedIn.
  • Maintains a high level of attention to detail, ensuring quality and consistency across all assets, communications, and marketing outputs.
  • Brings additional value with relevant industry experience in luxury, hospitality, or B2B marketing environments.
