Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals across all brands in the group.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve high performance and professional growth.
  • Plan and manage budgets to maximise return on investment for marketing campaigns.
  • Drive brand development initiatives and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Collaborate with product development, sales, and operations teams to support new product launches and promotions.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts including social media, email marketing, SEO, and content creation.
  • Manage relationships with agencies, suppliers, and media partners.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance to senior management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior marketing role, ideally within the Restaurant, Bar and Nightclub sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
  • Excellent understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and brand management.
  • Demonstrable success in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market research.
  • Proficiency with marketing software and tools (e.g. CRM systems, Google Analytics, social media platforms).

Preferred

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
