Job Summary

Own integrated marketing coordination across three brands, driving on-time delivery, content and asset alignment, and data-informed optimization.

  • Coordinate multi-brand campaigns and projects end-to-end, across digital and traditional channels.
  • Develop and manage CRM, customer journeys and marketing databases while ensuring GDPR compliance.
  • Align creative, content and campaigns with Brand & Creative and Content Managers, and track performance to improve results.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate marketing activity across The DEN Nursery Group, DEN Training and Your Heart Scan, ensuring campaigns and projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Support the planning, coordination and delivery of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Work closely with the Brand & Creative Manager and Content Manager to coordinate creative assets, content and campaign activity.
  • Maintain websites, update content using WordPress and support SEO, email marketing and digital campaigns.
  • Assist with copywriting, content gathering, blogs, case Studies, customer stories and internal communications.
  • Support the development and management of CRM systems, customer journeys and marketing databases, ensuring GDPR compliance.
  • Coordinate photography, video content, events, new business launches and community engagement activities across all three brands.
  • Monitor campaign performance, produce marketing reports and use insights to support continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders to help deliver successful marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • At least three years' experience in a marketing role, coordinating campaigns and managing multiple projects.
  • Experience using WordPress, CRM and email marketing platforms, with an understanding of digital marketing and social media.
  • Strong copywriting, communication and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience using Canva and AI-powered tools to support marketing activity.
  • The ability to analyse campaign performance and use data to improve results.
  • A proactive, resourceful and collaborative approach, with the confidence to manage priorities and build positive relationships.
  • Commercial awareness and a passion for delivering high-quality marketing that supports business growth.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Preferred

  • Experience using HubSpot, Google Analytics or SEO tools.
  • Experience within childcare, education, healthcare or another service-based industry.
  • Experience supporting events, community engagement or business launches.
  • Photography or video content experience.
