The Maryland State Ad Agency (MSAA), a division of Maryland Public Television (MPT), is a full-service advertising, communications, creative, and media-buying service for Maryland state agencies and related organizations.Launched in 2016, MSAA has served 20+ state agencies to advertise and promote important messages to Maryland citizens. Additionally, MSAA is the recipient of multiple awards from Telly, Communicator, MUSE Creative Awards and more, including MUSE’s 2024 Gold award in the “Best Small Agency of the Year” category (up to 25 employees).
