Global Ops & Partners: Manage agencies, distributors, and cross-territory assets while measuring performance.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a global marketing strategy aligned with commercial objectives
Strengthen Bermar's brand positioning across international markets
Drive demand generation and support sales growth through targeted campaigns
Manage digital marketing activity, including:
Website development
SEO
Paid advertising
Email marketing
Content creation
Create marketing campaigns and assets adaptable across multiple territories and channels
Work closely with international distributors and partners
Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints
Support product launches and new market opportunities
Manage external agencies, suppliers and marketing resources
Measure, analyse and optimise marketing performance

Requirements

Proven experience in a Marketing Manager, Global Marketing Manager, or Senior Marketing Manager role
Experience developing and delivering successful B2B marketing campaigns
Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation and brand development
Experience working with international markets, distributors, partners or export-focused businesses
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Confidence balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
Strong project management and organisational abilities
A proactive mindset and desire to make a visible impact
