Develop, create, and publish engaging content across TAG Reserve Spirits's social media platforms.
Create original photos, videos, reels, stories, graphics, and other short-form content designed to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Develop and maintain a consistent social media content calendar.
Manage the day-to-day posting and content needs for TAG Reserve Spirits and its portfolio of brands.
Identify relevant social media trends, sounds, topics, and cultural moments that can be incorporated into brand content.
Write engaging captions and social copy that align with each brand's identity and voice.
Capture behind-the-scenes content, product features, employee and partner spotlights, events, activations, and other brand moments.
Edit photo and video content for use across social media and digital marketing channels.
Monitor social media performance and identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and audience growth.
Continuously develop fresh content ideas rather than relying solely on provided direction.

Requirements

Experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, brand marketing, graphic design, or a related field.
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant social platforms.
Demonstrated ability to create engaging social media content.
Experience creating and editing short-form video content.
Strong graphic design skills and experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative platforms.
Photography and videography capabilities are strongly preferred.
Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
Excellent creative judgment and attention to detail.
Ability to independently generate ideas and execute projects from concept through completion.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple brands, projects, events, and deadlines simultaneously.

Experience working with consumer brands, beverage/alcohol brands, hospitality, entertainment, lifestyle, or other highly visual consumer-facing industries.
Experience creating content specifically designed to increase social engagement and brand awareness.
Experience supporting product launches, experiential marketing, events, or brand activations.
Experience managing social media and creative content for multiple brands simultaneously.
Understanding of social media analytics and the ability to use performance data to improve future content.
