Job Summary

Own end-to-end digital experience and funnel optimization, including lead generation, email automation, SEO, paid/organic social, and analytics, partnering with sales and marketing to drive pipeline.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Plan and optimize digital experiences across the full customer journey, ensuring consistent messaging from first touch through lead capture and conversion
Develop and manage lead generation initiatives, including landing pages, gated content, email nurture programs and conversion paths aligned to the sales funnel
Partner with sales and marketing teams to support funnel performance through targeted campaigns, audience segmentation and lifecycle marketing
Build, execute and optimize email marketing and automation programs using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including journeys, templates and audience management
Develop and manage SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic
Customize digital advertising campaigns for local markets and analyze campaign metrics to optimize performance
Manage organic and paid social media strategies to drive engagement, traffic and qualified leads across key platforms
Track and analyze digital performance across channels, including customer behavior, funnel drop-off and campaign ROI, using analytics and CRM data

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media (is preferred) or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience
At least 5 years of related experience in marketing communications, with a strong focus on digital marketing
Demonstrates expertise in website management, SEO optimization, social media marketing and user experience (UI/UX) principles
Proficiency in digital design tools such as Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and tools for website and mobile app development
Experience with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor and improve campaign performance
Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud for email campaigns, automation and audience segmentation is strongly preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging, impactful and user-centered content
Excellent project coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external partners
Hands-on experience mapping and optimizing customer journeys across digital channels
Strong understanding of lead generation strategy, sales funnels and conversion optimization
