Responsibilities

Graphic Design and Marketing Materials
Assist with designing digital and print materials, including engaging graphics for socials and digital blasts, flyers, reports, presentations, and other collateral
Create supplemental graphics and marketing materials for programs, events, campaigns, and fundraising initiatives
Help organize and maintain marketing assets, templates, photos, and other creative materials
Content and Communications
Assist with capturing photos and video content at events and programs
Support the development of impactfocused content for donors, partners, and the broader community highlighting the programs and mission of ACM Lifting Lives
Assist with gathering photos, quotes, testimonials, and other content for marketing and storytelling efforts
Assist with drafting and editing external communications such as email newsletters, website content, and other key messaging
Events and Campaign Support

Requirements

Current college student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Graphic Design, or a related field
Prior internship or work experience in the music industry or nonprofit field, with a focus in marketing, communications, public relations, social media, or a related area preferred
Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar), social media platforms, and familiarity with content capture
Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
Creative thinker with an eye for visual presentation and storytelling
Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a small team
Passion for music, the entertainment industry, and nonprofit work
