Responsibilities

• Monitoring campaign performance daily across client ad accounts (spend, cost per lead, delivery issues)
• Launching new campaigns for new clients using our existing ad templates and structure
• Proactively optimising underperforming campaigns — adjusting budgets, creative, and targeting as needed
• Flagging account issues (payment failures, paused ads, delivery problems) as soon as they arise
• Reporting performance data weekly, in a clear format we can pass straight to clients
• Occasionally testing new ad creative or angles as we expand into new areas

Requirements

• Proven experience running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns, ideally across multiple client accounts (agency or freelance background preferred over single in-house experience)
• Comfortable managing several client accounts inside one Business Manager
• Detail-oriented — you'll be trusted to spot problems before they affect a client's results
• Able to work independently once trained on our system
• Good written English for internal reporting (you won't be messaging clients directly)
• Significant working-hours overlap with UK time (9am–5pm GMT) required
• Available for roughly 10–12 hours per week to start, with scope to grow

Preferred

• Experience in home services, trades, or local business marketing
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM/automation platforms
