Job Summary

Own the launch and scale of a category-defining consumer brand with a rare blend of science, design, and storytelling to make products people love.

Growth & Brand: Own the brand narrative, product-market fit, and early adoption to build a recognizable category leader.
GTM & Growth: Drive performance marketing, community-driven growth, and digital marketing across email, social, and influencers.
Operations & Product: Lead regulated product formulation, supplier relations, and scalable ops from the ground up.

Responsibilities

Build and scale a category-defining consumer brand from zero, combining science, design, and brand to create products people love.

Requirements

Hands-On Execution: Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to move fast, test, iterate, and solve challenges directly.
Consumer Startup Experience: Proven track record in building and scaling consumer brands, ideally in DTC health, nutrition, or wellness
Growth & Marketing DNA: Strong expertise in performance marketing, brand storytelling, and community-driven growth.
Brand Storytelling & Marketing Acumen: Strong skills in crafting compelling brand narratives and running high-performance digital marketing (email flows, social/community, influencers).
Product & Operations Leadership: Facility in managing product formulation under regulatory frameworks, supplier relationships, and a readiness to build and refine operations from the ground up.
Language Advantage: Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Preferred

German language proficiency is a plus.
