Responsibilities

• Distribute leaflets and promotional materials in designated areas such as neighbourhoods.
• Engage with members of the public (if asked) courteously to introduce our services or products.
• Ensure that leaflets are posted efficiently and in an organised manner.
• Provide basic information about our organisation when approached by potential customers.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the organisation positively at all times.
• Collect feedback or questions from the public when appropriate, and relay this information to the relevant team members.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable manner.
• Previous experience in marketing or promotional roles is advantageous but not essential.
• Organised, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Confidence in speaking publicly and representing the organisation professionally.

Preferred

• Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to reach a broader audience.
