Responsibilities

• You will raise the three Schools' profiles with internal and external audiences, you will be guiding your team to ensure you are:
• Supporting the planning and delivery of student recruitment events, including open days, taster sessions, and outreach activities.
• Expanding our creation of engaging digital content for web, email, and social media that reflects our brand and resonates with diverse audiences.
• Producing high quality marketing materials and communications, including photography, video, press items and design assets.
• Maximising and developing outreach opportunities.
• Collaborating with colleagues across the Faculty and University to ensure consistent and timely communications.
• Analysing the impact of initiatives and pivoting flexibly to redirect focus where needed

Requirements

• A self-starter with depth of experience in marketing, events, or communications, ideally in an HE or student recruitment setting.
• An experienced line manager, a leader who is able to support and encourage a cohesive team to deliver timely, high-quality outputs.
• A confident communicator with strong writing and interpersonal skills, able to build strong, collaborative relationships with academics and professional services colleagues.
• A creative thinker who can take initiative and solve problems, multitasking as necessary.
