Responsibilities

• Manager Support : Act as primary support to the Group Marketing Manager to plan and roll out multimedia campaigns.
• Digital Updates : Manage daily digital tasks, update the website, and brief social media content.
• Direct Marketing : Build and execute targeted email and SMS campaigns using Keyloop software.
• Asset Management : Download brand assets from dealer portals and meet strict manufacturer compliance deadlines.
• Reporting : Assist with post-campaign analysis and produce monthly used car reports.
• Events & Sponsorship : Support showroom events, manage booking platforms, and organise local product placements.
• Online Presence : Maintain and update Group GMB (Google Business Profile) accounts with weekly posts.

Requirements

• Experience : Minimum of two years in a marketing and administration role.
• Software : Confidence with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with Keyloop or website CMS is a plus.
• Communication : Excellent verbal and written skills with strong attention to detail.
• Organisation : Ability to prioritise a changing workload, use your own initiative, and meet tight deadlines.
• Industry : Automotive industry experience is preferred but not essential.
