Working at the heart of our global events operation, the Event Content Coordinator will collaborate closely with our research and commercial teams as well as key external stakeholders to shape compelling, commercially focused conference agendas and secure high profile speakers.
With events spanning Europe, Latin America and China and expansion into North America from 2027, this role calls for exceptional organisation, confident stakeholder management, strong research skills and sharp copywriting, all delivered under tight deadlines in a fast paced environment.

You will work on an existing portfolio of eight conferences in four continents, with plenty of scope to introduce more events in the future and play a pivotal part in balancing sponsor expectations and our own commercial goals with the need to profile our brand and deliver business-critical content for delegates.
As such, this is an opportunity to act as a key interface between the events team and the rest of the business and make a big impact very quickly.
