Job Summary

Own speaker curation and agenda design for high-profile legal events, coordinating with researchers, sponsors, and operations to deliver timely, on-theme programs that balance content quality with sponsor expectations.

Speaker recruitment and agenda quality in collaboration with Research Directors
Sponsor alignment and timeline management with Sales and Operations
Cross-team coordination with operations and marketing to execute high-impact events

Job Description

Responsibilities - Collaborate with the Research Directors in determining event scope and themes. - Gain market knowledge through desk research and conversations with key market participants - Write compelling, well-structured draft agendas - Recruit high profile speakers and manage speaker admin in a timely manner - Work closely with sponsors and our sales team to meet sponsor expectations while maintaining agenda quality and project timeline - Work closely with the event operations and marketing teams to deliver exceptional events - Ensure agenda and speaker pages on event websites are kept up to date - Assist onsite execution of events as required Requirements - Must be able to work from our London office 2-3 days per week - Strong copywriting skills and excellent written English - Confidence and capability interacting with very senior stakeholders via email, calls and in person - Interest in the legal market - Ability to multi-task and prioritise multiple requests in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Good organisation and time management skills - Ability to work in a group or independently Nice_to_have - Experience with Contentful - A second language (particularly Spanish, Portuguese or Mandarin) would be an advantage
