Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for the agency.
Identify and develop relationships with potential referral sources.
Conduct outreach to hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, assisted living communities, senior living communities, physicians' offices, social workers, care managers, churches, community organizations, and other appropriate referral sources.
Manage the agency’s day-to-day communications, including answering and directing incoming phone calls, responding to inquiries, communicating with clients, caregivers, referral sources, healthcare and community partners, and coordinating correspondence with external organizations and agencies as needed.
Schedule and attend community networking and outreach events.
Introduce Beam of Light Home Care to potential clients, families, and referral partners.
Follow up consistently with potential referral partners and prospective clients.
Assist with social media and online marketing efforts.
Identify opportunities for community partnerships and networking.
Track marketing activities, leads, referrals, and results.

Requirements

Previous marketing or business development experience in the home care, senior care, personnal assistance, healthcare, or related industry
Established relationships with healthcare and community referral sources are a strong plus.
Experience generating referrals for a home care or healthcare organization is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Comfortable making phone calls, sending emails, visiting referral sources, and attending networking events.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Experience with social media marketing is a plus.
