Job Summary

Own end-to-end Entertainment Marketing program by sourcing, negotiating, and activating talent and partnerships that amplify Gymshark’s cultural relevance across social, events, and campaigns.

  • Lead talent outreach, pitching, negotiation, and contracting.
  • Drive integrated content and activations across social content, events, and campaigns.
  • Build and maintain a Black Book of industry contacts and partnerships to scale brand awareness.

Job Description

Own end-to-end Entertainment Marketing program by sourcing, negotiating, and activating talent and partnerships that amplify Gymshark’s cultural relevance across social, events, and campaigns.

  • Lead talent outreach, pitching, negotiation, and contracting.
  • Support the execution of Entertainment Marketing strategies across paid and organic talent partnerships.
  • Oversee influencer activations and cultural brand-led initiatives.
  • Manage agency relationships and ensure contractual terms and KPIs are met.
  • Deliver seasonal Entertainment Marketing plans including UK product seeding initiatives.
  • Act as primary point of contact for talent and collaborators across campaigns.
  • Identify, secure, and engage emerging and established talent aligned with Gymshark.
  • Lead content ideation and execution of creative talent activations across social, events, and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximise content and activations across channels.
  • Share briefs and campaign direction while approving talent selections.
  • Strong understanding of the UK and US entertainment landscape (celebrity, influencer, and cultural spaces).
  • 'Black Book' of talent and industry contacts.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of emerging talent, trends, and social media.
  • Proven experience executing campaigns within influencer marketing, talent partnerships, or entertainment marketing.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence influencing both internal teams and external partners.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • A proactive self-starter who can work independently without close supervision.
  • Creative thinker with a 360° mindset; able to connect brand, culture, and content.
  • Strong understanding of how content performs across channels (organic social, paid media, CRM, web).
  • Background in fashion, celebrity, lifestyle, or cultural marketing is a plus.
