Job Summary

Own the CRM-driven engagement and retention delivery in a multi-stakeholder environment, turning complex programmes into clear, outcome-focused plans that improve loyalty and reduce churn.

  • End-to-end delivery planning across CRM, marketing, data and tech to lift retention and deepen customer relationships.
  • Coordinate dependencies, manage risks, and lead delivery reviews to keep multi-workstream initiatives on track.
  • Influence senior stakeholders to align on priorities and drive transformation with practical operating rhythms.

Responsibilities

  • Join Specsavers as an Engagement and Retention Delivery Lead and play a key role in shaping how we connect with customers across every stage of their journey.
  • Sitting within our CRM team, you’ll help deliver engaging, seamless experiences across digital and omnichannel touchpoints, supporting a strategy focused on strengthening loyalty, improving retention and driving meaningful customer relationships.
  • We have a fantastic opportunity to join the team on a fixed term basis for 2 years.
  • As we continue through an exciting period of transformation, you’ll bring structure and pace to a complex delivery landscape.
  • You’ll keep initiatives moving forward, ensuring clear plans, milestones and visibility across multiple workstreams, while balancing day-to-day activity with longer term transformation priorities.
  • Your ability to create clarity in ambiguity and keep teams aligned will be essential.
  • Working closely with a wide network of stakeholders across marketing, data, technology and creative teams, you’ll manage dependencies, highlight risks early on and support confident decision making.
  • You’ll also help embed simple, effective ways of working, coordinate planning cycles and lead delivery reviews to keep priorities clear, outcome focused and aligned with wider business goals.
  • We’re looking for someone with strong programme and project delivery experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, who is confident influencing at a senior level, and thrives on bringing organisation and clarity to fast moving teams.
  • You’ll be highly organised, pragmatic and outcome focused, with experience in CRM, marketing, digital or transformation environments, adding real value.
