  • Campaign Execution: build, deploy, and analyse email and SMS programs with A/B testing
  • Data & Insight: segment lists, run analyses, and turn results into engagement strategies

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate across teams to create high-converting campaigns
  • Rework and optimise the customer lifecycle
  • Build, implement, and manage email and SMS campaigns
  • Design, execute, and analyse customer journeys
  • Manage and segment data lists to deliver personalised experiences
  • Run A/B tests to continuously refine strategies
  • Drive test-and-learn initiatives to uncover the most effective solutions
  • Provide strategic input on customer engagement strategies
  • Roll out multiple high-volume SMS campaigns simultaneously
