Job Description

Responsibilities

Email Campaign Operations: Creating and scheduling 1 email campaign per week in Klaviyo
Email Design & Branding: Assisting with email design/layout in Canva
Launch & Drops: Supporting launch campaigns and product drops
Brand Aesthetic: Helping maintain a consistent luxury brand aesthetic
Performance Monitoring: Monitoring basic campaign performance
Engagement & Retention: Supporting customer engagement and retention
