Job Summary

Own the early-stage marketing delivery for two live festivals, coordinating admin and cross-team execution to keep campaigns on track during the summer window.

Operations & Delivery: Align with Marketing Managers, Digital and Social teams to ensure smooth, on-schedule campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
Campaign Support: Provide hands-on administrative, scheduling, and logistics support to accelerate festival marketing activity.
On-site & Time-bound Coverage: Assist Edinburgh activity with weekend/evening shifts to cover peak festival periods.

Job Description

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to support the delivery of marketing activity across Assembly Festival and Edinburgh Food & Folk Festival.
This is a varied, fast-paced role providing administrative and operational support across both traditional and digital marketing functions.
You’ll work closely with Marketing Managers, Digital and Social teams to ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly and efficiently.
The role is based in Edinburgh with contract through July and August 2026 to cover all festival activity across the summer.

Requirements

Staff are required to be 18+ due to the licensed nature of our sites, and have a legal right to work in the UK, no Visas are able to be offered for these roles.
