Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Drive profitable sales growth for your region.
  • Understand and explain sales performance by market.
  • Think commercially about the shopping experience.
  • Build strong external relationships to support sales growth.
  • Provide clear reporting and concise commentary to the wider business.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Product Trading Lead to deliver commercially relevant content & campaigns.
  • Own the onsite Funnel from start to finish.
  • Understand and explain key Funnel metrics by market.
  • Use data to drive decision making and identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Drive localisation for your region by understanding the nuances of customer behaviour and optimising onsite UX based on this.

Requirements

  • Prior eCommerce experience within a Trading role.
  • Analytical and comfortable with large volumes of data; including key web metrics.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a customer first approach.
  • Able to identify, implement and drive commercial improvements that will lead to tangible improvements in onsite conversion and overall sales performance.
  • An exceptional communicator who is comfortable and experienced at presenting to senior management and senior stakeholders.
  • Skilled at delivering engaging and informative content in a clear, concise manner that focuses on big commercial wins to help shape the wider International strategy.
  • Not afraid to ask questions or make suggestions that will benefit International.
  • Confident about taking on a leadership role, acting as a key stakeholder for various different project teams and deputising for the Regional Manager as needed.
  • Organised, thorough and excited by a challenge.
  • Able to work well in a busy and fast moving ecommerce environment with demanding deadlines and large cross-functional teams.
