  • Partner with the eCommerce Manager to run CRO, SEO, and analytics across primary and supporting sites

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage 3–4 websites including culligan.co.uk and supporting sites
  • Improve performance and conversion on the primary site
  • Build, launch landing pages and new sections across sites
  • Maintain site content, support CRO, SEO, and reporting initiatives
  • Hands-on role: optimise existing experiences and build from scratch
  • Travel to various business locations as needed

Requirements

  • Help manage and maintain 3–4 websites including culligan.co.uk and supporting sites
  • Build and launch landing pages, new sections, and content across sites
  • Ensure consistency in UX, structure, and content quality
  • Manage product listings, categories, and on-site content within the CMS
  • Conduct regular audits to identify issues, gaps, and optimisation opportunities
  • Support conversion optimisation on culligan.co.uk and key journeys
  • Assist with A/B testing (setup, QA, and monitoring)
  • Implement on-page SEO improvements (metadata, content structure, internal linking)
  • Apply UX and best practice to improve performance across all sites
  • Help monitor performance across all sites (traffic, engagement, conversion)
  • Support GA4 tracking, funnel analysis, and reporting
  • Help build and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards
  • Identify performance issues and recommend actions
  • QA site updates before and after release
  • Support tracking validation (GA4 / GTM)
  • Identify and escalate bugs or journey issues
  • Maintain documentation/change logs
