Job Summary

Own the online shop content quality and merchandising experience, coordinating assets, photography, and product presentation to drive on-site conversions.

  • Product Content Ownership: maintain high quality product content and accurate presentation across the catalog.
  • Asset Coordination: manage photography, creative assets, and on-brand imagery for product pages.
  • Launch & Merchandising: ensure timely product launches and ongoing optimization to support online sales and customer experience.

Job Description

  • Maintain high-quality product content for the online shop.
  • Support online merchandising activities.
  • Coordinate photography and creative assets.
  • Contribute to delivering outstanding customer experience.
  • Ensure products are accurately presented and commercially optimized.
  • Launch products on time and support initiatives to drive online sales.
  • Experience of supporting E-commerce or Digital function
  • Experience using content management systems (CMS) or e-commerce platforms
  • Experience of product set up and content enrichment
  • Strong and proven IT skills in Microsoft Office applications and digital media
  • Excellent service delivery approach
  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to produce SEO-focused content
  • Graphic design and image editing skills, including experience with Adobe Photoshop
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work on deadlines
  • Experience of working in an E-commerce heritage function
  • Experience with product photography or photoshoot coordination
  • Experience using Google Analytics or e-commerce reporting tools
  • Understanding retail stock management and inventory processes
