Job Summary

Own UK regional strategy and pipeline partnerships while driving events, campaigns, and brand presence across retail and law enforcement markets.

  • Strategy & Scheduling: Own regional plan, calendar, and budget, translating global direction into UK priorities and executing against the plan.
  • Pipeline & Campaigns: Design and run campaigns with UK Sales to generate demand and move opportunities forward.
  • Events & Brand: Own UK events from strategy to on-site execution and protect brand standards across touchpoints.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • UK Marketing Strategy: Own the regional plan, calendar, and budget, translating global direction into UK priorities and executing against the plan.
  • Pipeline Contribution: Design and run campaigns with UK Sales to generate demand and move opportunities forward.
  • Events: Own UK events from strategy to on-site execution, managing suppliers and ensuring brand impact at every event.
  • UK Marketing Campaigns: Localise global campaigns, push back when needed, and ensure campaigns contribute to pipeline.
  • Brand and Market Presence: Protect brand standards and actively grow presence in key UK/EU retail and law enforcement markets.
  • Sales, CS and Comms Partnership: Partner with UK Sales and Communications to unblock the pipeline and drive measurable impact.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with strategic planning and hands-on execution.
  • Proven ability to own and deliver regional marketing strategy.
  • Strong commercial instinct and comfort partnering with Sales on pipeline goals.
  • Experience running events end-to-end: strategy, logistics, on-site execution, and supplier management.
  • Ability to operate within a global marketing function while advocating for UK needs.
  • Excellent communicator who works well async across time zones and simplifies complex concepts.
  • B2B SaaS experience is essential.
  • Willingness to travel domestically (up to 10%) and internationally (up to 5%).
  • Hybrid schedule from London office 2 - 3 days weekly.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and aligning with global campaigns.
  • Comfort with a fast-changing environment and the ability to prioritise effectively.
