The Higher Education Services Corporation (HESC) is a state agency in New York, United States that was created to help make higher education more accessible and affordable for New York residents. HESC provides 28 financial aid programs and services, including grants, scholarships, loans, and work-study opportunities, to help students and families pay for college.In addition to providing financial aid, HESC also offers other services to support students and families throughout the college planning and application process.
