Responsibilities

• Principal duties are: to employ strategic digital expertise to drive recruitment, engagement and retention through modern, data-led marketing approaches by providing dedicated line management and professional oversight of the digital team, and ensuring up to date knowledge of digital marketing, content, and technology are embedded across the team and by introducing consistency, quality assurance, and strategic alignment in digital outputs.

Requirements

• Significant experience in digital marketing, web management, or a related field.
• A strong understanding of integrated digital campaigns and content marketing strategies.
• Experience of working with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Dotdigital or equivalent).
• Knowledge of CRM systems and their role in audience segmentation and engagement.
• The ability to apply managerial judgement and initiative, alongside and in the absence of the Head and Deputy Head of Media & Communications.
• The ability to project manage and co-ordinate the work of other members of the team.
