Own end-to-end digital marketing execution with cross regional events, CRM campaigns, content across LinkedIn and websites, and post-campaign analytics that tie to sales and brand lift.

Growth/Delivery: Plan and run integrated campaigns across CRM, paid media, social, and content; coordinate events and exhibitions with budgets and timelines.
Demand Gen & Events: Generate leads and support sales with assets and speaker-ready materials for Europe and the Americas.
Analytics & Insights: Measure ROI, report on performance, and translate data into actionable optimizations.

Job Description

Deliver engaging digital marketing campaigns and support regional events across Europe and the Americas.
Manage CRM campaigns, social media channels, websites, digital advertising and marketing events to drive brand awareness, customer engagement and sales growth.
Create and deliver creative, integrated digital marketing campaigns.
Manage CRM systems to execute targeted email campaigns and measure campaign effectiveness.
Analyse campaign performance, engagement rates and ROI using digital dashboards and reporting tools.
Work closely with the global sales team to identify leads and provide marketing support materials.
Plan, create and publish engaging content across LinkedIn and other digital channels.
Produce and coordinate video, graphic and written content.
Monitor and report on social media performance and audience engagement.
Create and maintain website content including news articles, case studies and blog posts.

Minimum 3 years' experience in a digital marketing role
Degree and/or professional marketing qualification, or equivalent relevant experience
Experience delivering digital campaigns across multiple channels
Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to analyse campaign data and provide meaningful insights
Confident working with internal and external stakeholders
Strong IT skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems

CIM Diploma or Postgraduate qualification
Experience using CRM systems
Experience managing social media platforms and websites
Knowledge of Google Analytics and digital advertising platforms
