Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver digital marketing activity across client accounts
• Create and manage social media content calendars and campaigns
• Plan, coordinate and manage marketing video content for social media and digital campaigns, working with clients, creatives, photographers and videographers where required
• Support paid campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Google Ads
• Coordinate email marketing campaigns
• Support website content and digital campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare client reports
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and opportunities
• Build strong, trusted relationships with clients
• Act as a reliable day-to-day point of contact

Requirements

• Previous experience in a digital marketing, agency or client-facing marketing role
• A good understanding of social media, content, video, email marketing and paid digital advertising
• Experience with platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and email marketing platforms
• An understanding of website content, SEO and digital analytics
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines
• Confidence communicating directly with clients
• A proactive, commercially minded and solutions-focused approach
• A willingness to learn and develop across digital marketing
