Job Description We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive on a fixed-term contract (12 months) to support and deliver key digital marketing activity and ensure continuity across campaigns during a busy period for the team. What you’ll be doing Day-to-day planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including website updates, SEO, social media and emails. Analyse, report and optimise campaign performance against agreed KPIs, ensuring activity meets objectives and continuously improves engagement. Build, manage and optimise automated email journeys. Confidently collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, design, content and technology, managing relationships independently. Develop and manage organic and paid social campaigns as part of wider marketing activity. Contribute to multi‑channel campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement and lead generation alongside campaign managers. Manage digital workboard in Monday.com to keep stakeholders informed on progress and delivery timelines. Take ownership of delivering high-quality digital outputs to agreed deadlines. Stay up to date with digital best practice, including emerging AI tools and technologies. Quickly get up to speed with existing tools, processes and campaigns. Qualifications What we’re looking for At least two years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing role. A proactive and creative mindset, with a passion for improving customer experience and using data to inform decisions. Strong understanding of SEO, social media and email marketing. Experience managing website content (WordPress preferred). Experience with marketing platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics and/or HubSpot. Confidence reporting on and interpreting digital campaign performance. Positive and resilient mindset, willing to test and adapt quickly.
