Job Summary

Own the charity’s digital strategy with a focus on income, awareness, and supporter growth; translate health topics into engaging online experiences and measure impact across social, website, and email channels.

  • Own digital strategy delivery across social, website, and email to hit funding and awareness goals.
  • Craft messaging for current donors and new supporters to deepen connections and broaden reach.
  • Collaborate with Funding and Communications, using analytics to drive channel decisions and iterate quickly.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Execute the delivery of a digital strategy for the charity underpinning our strategic objectives and income generation and awareness raising goals.
  • Deliver exceptional online experiences, across the digital and social media space, and use analytics to shape activities across channels including social media, websites, and email marketing.
  • Craft the right message for the right audience to build stronger connections with existing supporters and reach and inspire new donors and supporters.
  • Collaborate with the Funding and Communications team and work across key audiences for funding and communications.
  • Explain complex health topics in an engaging and accessible way to target audiences; use digital tools to measure impact and iterate accordingly.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing and fundraising at a professional level, with experience of MailChimp or other email marketing platforms
  • Strong knowledge and experience of content management systems in particular SEO, digital analytics platforms, data capture, monitoring and tracking
  • Experience of working across teams and managing work with short deadlines without sacrificing quality of work or attention to detail, as well as the ability to organise workload and meet competing priorities
  • Location: UK based / must have right to work in the UK

    • Salary: Scale Point 28 – 31, £45,000 - £49,000
