Job Description

Responsibilities
- Create and deliver email and SMS campaigns that are clear, thoughtful and genuinely helpful to the people receiving them. - Plan and improve campaigns with colleagues from different teams, offering feedback to build confidence and support learning. - Develop and manage content calendars to ensure communications are joined up, relevant and aligned with supporters’ priorities. - Build and improve automated journeys and integrations for smoother, more personalised experiences. - Analyse performance data, run tests, and use learnings to continuously improve communication. - Be the go-to person for our email and SMS platforms, sharing knowledge and helping others develop their skills. - Collaborate across the organisation to shape how we connect with people through email and SMS. Requirements - Some experience with email marketing, including planning, designing, building, or testing campaigns - Experience in creating content calendars aligned with organisational priorities and vision - Strong writing skills with ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences - Familiarity with data analysis, testing, and using insights to improve communications - Comfort giving thoughtful, supportive feedback to colleagues to help them grow - Interest in working with people and building collaborative relationships Nice to have - Experience with automations or integrations for sending emails or SMS messages (or eagerness to learn). - Ability to adapt tone and style to connect with different audiences.
