Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Asset Development
  • Produce engaging, on‑brand digital content for all social channels including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Create high‑quality visual and multimedia assets such as short‑form videos, GIFs, reels, graphics and animations.
  • Support the brand team by developing creative assets for campaigns, presentations, websites and other digital touchpoints.
  • Work with the wider business to produce blogs and case studies for the brand websites
  • Social Media Execution
  • Plan, schedule and publish content across all channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand priorities.
  • Maintain daily channel oversight - responding to engagement opportunities, monitoring trends, and ensuring our brands show up with relevance and personality.
  • Support the development of channel‑specific content strategies that resonate with different audience groups.
  • Email Marketing

Requirements

  • Experience in creating digital content for brands
  • Strong understanding of social media channels, trends, formats and best practices — particularly TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
  • Confident using design and editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, or similar.
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Highly creative with a natural passion for digital storytelling.
  • Curious about social culture, emerging platforms, and content trends.
  • Proactive, energetic and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, multi-brand environment.
  • Driven to explore new ideas, experiment, and constantly improve content quality.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive, can‑do attitude.
