Job Summary

Own end-to-end content creation across video, static assets, email, and paid social, while aligning to monthly themes and brand pillars, using AI as a productivity driver and staying on-trend.

  • Drive multi-channel content production from concept to delivery, including reels, graphics, and email visuals.
  • Own the content calendar and collaborate with the Brand Lead and Community Manager to ensure timely, on-brand output.
  • Leverage AI tools as a core workflow capability to accelerate creativity and maintain freshness.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Content Production: end-to-end short-form video and static assets for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok from concept to delivery.
  • Platform Authenticity: be comfortable on camera when needed to create authentic, engaging content.
  • Asset Creation: design graphics, carousels, and feed posts using Canva, CapCut, or Figma.
  • Trend Adaptation: stay on platform trends and adapt formats to feel native and fresh.
  • Paid Social Creatives: produce assets for paid campaigns from briefs and brand direction.
  • Email Visuals: create headers, banners, and visual content for email campaigns.
  • Test & Iterate: test formats, learn from insights, and continuously improve results.
  • Content Calendar Ownership: manage the weekly calendar, aligning with monthly brand pillars and campaign themes.
  • Community Intelligence: incorporate feedback from the Community Manager to deliver timely, approved content.
  • AI-Driven Workflow: leverage AI tools as a core capability, not a shortcut, and stay curious about new tools.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing.
  • Portfolio of self-made short-form video; share links or samples when applying.
  • On-camera comfort and authentic brand presence.
  • Proficiency with at least one editing tool (CapCut, InShot, Premiere, Final Cut) and one design tool (Canva, Figma, or similar).
  • Experience creating assets for organic social, paid social, and email campaigns.
  • Comfort using AI tools in daily creative work.
  • Autonomous self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setup.
  • Team player willing to contribute beyond core duties.
  • Genuine love of animals to inform content decisions.
