Job Summary

Own external and internal communications and marketing to drive awareness and product usage across digital channels, media relations, and campaigns, while advising on proactive and reactive communications.

  • External Communications: manage media inquiries, PR, and marketing campaigns across digital channels.
  • Internal and Product Marketing: translate information into clear messages that encourage use of services and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Advisory and governance: provide guidance on proactive and reactive communications and ensure alignment across channels.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver high quality external and internal communications and marketing for the Authority.
  • Drive effective external communications through digital channels, managing media and PR enquiries, marketing campaigns and delivering internal communications.
  • To marketing to deliver information and encourage use of our products and services.
  • The role provides advice on proactive and reactive external and internal communications.

Requirements

  • Enthusiastic, innovative and driven to create high quality communications materials.
  • Experience of developing and implementing successful marketing and communications and using audience metrics to optimise content.
  • Strong web content skills with an ability to create exciting and engaging content.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and experience managing media statements and requests.
