Responsibilities

• You own the client relationship day to day, and you make sure every client gets what was promised on the date it was promised.
• The delivery calendar across all retained accounts. You know what is due, when, and who has it.
• The specialist contractor team. On-page SEO, data and reporting, PPC, PR, development. You get their work in on time.
• Each client's monthly pack, built and queued for founder review before it goes out.
• Client comms. Status calls, agendas, action notes, and the day-to-day questions.
• Early warning. If something has slipped, you flag it before the client notices.

Requirements

• A digital agency background. SEO, paid media or performance. Client-side does not prepare you for this.
• Experience holding five or more accounts at once.
• The ability to read a Google Search Console or Google Ads report and explain it to a client without help.
• Excellent written English.
• Exceptional attention to detail and timelines.
• Willingness to be in the office. This role only works in the room.

Preferred

• Regulated clients. Legal, healthcare or financial services.
• Ahrefs, GA4 or Looker Studio.
