Job Summary

Own donor and supporter growth programs by turning data into cross-channel campaigns that mobilize public support for wildlife and nature actions.

  • Campaign ownership: lead multi-channel outreach to expand the supporter base and drive direct actions.
  • Audience and channel strategy: blend traditional and digital tactics informed by insights.
  • Cross-team collaboration: partner with Conservation and Education/Engagement to turn ideas into on-the-ground engagement and events.

Job Description

  • Lead on efforts to grow the Trust's supporter base by delivering targeted activity informed by data and insights.
  • Utilise techniques across traditional and digital channels to engage members of the public with wildlife and generate more direct actions for nature.
  • Generate greater support for Durham Wildlife Trust, enabling the charity to restore nature between the Tees and the Tyne.
  • This role is part of the Trust's Development and Communications team and will feed into this team's other areas of work.
  • Meet regularly with colleagues from the Conservation team to develop campaign ideas.
  • There will be opportunities to participate in practical tasks, attend networking events and to support our education and engagement work.
