Job Description

Responsibilities

Day-to-day management of our Google Ads account, measured against specific targets for total sales, CPL, and CPS.
Oversight of our external agency relationship — setting expectations, reviewing performance, and making the call on whether the investment is justified.
Developing and executing A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and conversion flows to continuously improve efficiency.
Own landing page performance — partnering with creative on execution, but responsible for tracking conversion data and driving optimization.
Testing new conversion mechanisms: meeting scheduling, inbound phone, chat, and whatever comes next.
Expanding into new paid channels beyond Google and Meta as opportunities emerge.
Maintaining attribution workflows end-to-end so the data the team makes decisions on is accurate.
Own lead-to-sales-engagement throughput across all nurture channels — email, SMS, AI-driven outreach, and outbound calling in partnership with sales management.
Partnering with Sales to monitor lead quality, ensure proper follow-up, and maintain the lead routing system.
Tracking demand gen performance past the lead — we care about acquiring customers who stick, not just names in HubSpot.

Requirements

5+ years in Demand Generation, Performance Marketing, or Paid Search
Deep proficiency in Google Ads
HubSpot experience — custom reports, datasets, workflows, etc.
Track record of managing to a budget and hitting KPI targets.
Experience managing external agencies and partnerships, driving accountability, and maintaining excellent working relationships.
Actively using AI in your marketing workflows today and eager to push it further.
