Drive demand generation and lifecycle marketing for a multi-channel program, aligning with Sales and Product to grow pipeline and revenue.

  • Must-have: 6–8+ years in demand generation with direct pipeline responsibility.

Job Description

Drive demand generation and lifecycle marketing for a multi-channel program, aligning with Sales and Product to grow pipeline and revenue.

  • Own the Demand Strategy & Planning
  • Build a strategy to leverage client-facing channels to drive marketing qualified leads and conversions
  • Partner with the in-house creative team + Director of Brand & Digital Experience on assets, driving iterative changes based on performance
  • Lead strategy and execution for marketing programs across owned channels to drive revenue growth
  • Lead the development of an end-to-end customer journey strategy across the lifecycle
  • Own the demand strategy, channel mix, and quarterly pipeline targets with accountability for pipeline growth
  • Analyze & Assess Full Funnel Results
  • Define segmentation, ICPs, and value propositions with input from Sales and Product
  • Run multi-channel programs through owned channels
  • Implement performance dashboards, multi-touch attribution, and cohort analysis
