You'll work with recruitment businesses across the UK, helping them onboard, adopt and get real value from industry-leading recruitment technology. From delivering engaging training sessions to driving product adoption and running strategic customer reviews, you'll be at the heart of every customer's success.

This isn't a sales role. It's about building trusted partnerships, solving problems and helping customers achieve measurable results.

What you'll be doing

🚀 Deliver onboarding sessions that set customers up for success.

🎓 Run engaging product training and adoption workshops.

📈 Help customers maximise the value of their technology investment.

🤝 Build long-term relationships with recruiters, managers and business leaders.

📊 Use customer insights and usage data to identify opportunities, remove blockers and improve engagement.

💡 Partner with a commercial team to support customer retention and long-term growth.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Customer Success, Account Management or Client Success experience.
• Worked within SaaS, Recruitment Technology or HR Tech.
• Delivered onboarding, implementation or customer training.
• Managed multiple customer accounts with confidence.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

Bonus points if you've worked with recruitment agencies or recruitment technology platforms.
