Job Summary

Own activation planning and cross-functional execution for channel-specific customer marketing, turning shopper insights into ROI driven activations that tie to brand strategy.

  • Activation Planning: Own the end-to-end activation calendar and delivery with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Insights to ROI: Translate shopper data into actionable activation levers and post-campaign learnings.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Align with Sales, Commercial and Brand teams to support account planning and execution.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • To develop and execute customer activation plans aligned to channel strategies and customer opportunities which drive brand visibility, distribution and conversion through impactful point-of-purchase activations.
  • Use customer and shopper insights to identify the most effective marketing opportunities and activation levers collaborating with Brand Mangers to shape customer-centric activation plans and support brand strategy execution.
  • Evaluate post campaign performance and identify opportunities to optimise future activity and ROI
  • Own activation planning, tracking and stakeholder communications to ensure smooth delivery and visibility.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and contribute to account management and planning discussions.
  • Effectively manage budgets, compliance processes and operational controls.
  • Work collaboratively as part of the Customer Marketing team to drive to collective success.

Requirements

  • An experienced in Customer, Trade or Shopper Marketing within the Route to Market or On-Trade sector
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of customer activation strategies and omni channel consumer engagement
  • Experience working collaboratively with Sales, Commercial and Brand teams.
  • Ability to analyse results and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent project management and prioritisation skills and experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills working in a team and with stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Sound budget management and governance experience.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Positive and solution focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality, well-executed customer activations.
